Logging that never breaks your flow

Most workout logs make you stop mid-set to tap through a screen. Reps doesn't.

Log a set by talking mid-rep — say the weight and reps out loud and keep moving, no thumbs required. Walking up to a machine, tap your iPhone on its NFC tag: Reps identifies the machine and remembers the last weight you used on it, so you're not guessing where you left off. Supersets flow from one movement to the next instead of leaving you fumbling between exercises, and a full exercise library means the movement you want is already in there.

Then, when a set actually matters, you get to race your own previous best, live — a ghost of your best set runs alongside you in real time so you can feel exactly when you're ahead or falling behind.

Voice logging

Log a set by talking mid-rep. Say the weight and reps out loud and keep lifting — no stopping to type between sets.

Tap-to-log machines

Tap your iPhone on a gym machine's NFC tag. Reps identifies the machine and pulls up the last weight you used on it.

Race your best set

A live ghost of your previous best runs alongside your set, so you can push against your own record in real time.

Supersets that flow

Move from one exercise to the next without fumbling, backed by a full exercise library so every movement is ready.

Workouts built around your recovery

Reps doesn't just record what you did — it plans what's smart to do next. Rex, the AI coach, builds workouts around your recovery and makes honest rest-day calls when your body needs one, rather than pushing you into a session you'll regret. A muscle recovery map shows what's fresh versus what's still recovering, so each workout targets the groups that are ready and lets the tired ones rest. Because Reps uses your iPhone and Apple Watch together, that picture is grounded in how you're actually training and recovering — and Rex runs on-device where supported.

Reps is a training and tracking aid, not a medical device, and doesn't replace professional medical or coaching advice.

Common questions

How do I log a set without stopping mid-workout?

You talk. Reps lets you log a set by speaking mid-rep, so you keep moving instead of stopping to type. You can also tap your iPhone on a gym machine's NFC tag — Reps identifies the machine and pulls up the last weight you used on it.

Can Reps build my workouts for me?

Yes. Rex, the AI coach, builds workouts around your recovery and makes honest rest-day calls when you need them. A muscle recovery map shows which muscle groups are fresh and which are still recovering, so each session targets what's ready.

What makes a hard set more motivating in Reps?

You race your own previous best. Reps shows a live ghost of your best set so you can push against it in real time, and supersets flow from one movement to the next instead of leaving you fumbling between exercises.

What do I need to use Reps for strength training?

An iPhone, and an Apple Watch adds live tracking. A full exercise library is built in. Reps is free to try, then moves to a subscription, and Rex runs on-device where supported.
