An AI coach that reasons about your data
Most fitness AI hands out generic advice. Rex works from what your body is actually doing.
Reps is built around Rex, your AI coach. Readiness is calculated on your device, and supported coaching can run there too. Rex draws on your training history, recovery, sleep and nutrition to answer, then can act on it: building a workout around how recovered you are today, or dialing effort back when your signals say to rest.
Rex also uses Google in the cloud. For those answers, your question, recent chat, and relevant health context are sent through Reps' cloud service. Reps does not save Rex chat text or the full health prompt in its app database. Other cloud features may save their result and the minimum details needed to show it again. Google may retain cloud requests under its safety and abuse-monitoring terms. You can still start in seconds with no account required for the core experience.
On-device core
Your daily Readiness Score runs on your iPhone. Supported Rex coaching can run there too.
Private by design
Your health values are not sold or used to build advertising or analytics profiles.
Cloud, clearly disclosed
When a feature uses Google, Reps tells you what is sent and why instead of implying every answer stayed on-device.
Start in seconds
No account required. Open the app, and Rex is ready — using your iPhone and Apple Watch to read how you're doing.
iPhone and Apple Watch, working together
Rex reads your iPhone and, when you pair one, your Apple Watch — turning heart rate, sleep, recovery and training into signals it can reason about. That's what lets Rex act instead of just talk: workouts shaped around your recovery, nudges that match how your week is really going, answers that reference your own logged sessions. It's a private AI health app that feels less like a search box and more like someone who's been paying attention. Free to try, then a subscription.
Reps is a fitness and wellness aid, not a medical device. It does not diagnose conditions or replace professional medical advice. On-device processing applies where your iPhone supports it.
